The real deal. I have driven by this restaurant for years and never thought about stopping in. Fortunately, I went here for lunch and the food was definitely authentic and tasty. The Cubano sandwich was perfectly cooked and the plantains were stellar. Their Cuban coffee also did not disappoint. Will definitely come back
Great Latin food . Good fried fish enough for 2. Nice service and pretty fast in kitchen . Restaurant can handle full house without delay . I order ahead and bring Bg home . Easy parking .
Solid Cuban restaurant with classic menu. I ordered the Churrasco steak with chimichurri sauce. It was done perfectly. I also got their Cuban coffee which was awesome. Highly recommend this place for lunch (maybe casual dinner too). The service was adequate and we were happy. P.S. this is the second time I have been here and the bread was amazing!
Delicious all around. This style cooking and flavors reminded me of my grandmother's cooking. Very well pleased. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Loved going here for a lunch date. Highly recommend.
The frijoles negros are fantastic. Well-seasoned, earthy, and a nice hint of spice. The Havana Mojito has fresh mint I am convinced they grow. The whole mixture is well muddled. The decor and tableware are simple, rustic, and warming. The arroz amarillo is chewy and flavorful. The maduros (sweet plaitains) are well done and caramelized. My only small knock is that the frutos del mar could have used a little more salt to really make the sauce sing. Bilingual staff makes ordering easy!
Oh this place was delicious! I ordered the Cuban sandwich and it did not disappoint. It was very cheesy and very big! I also ordered a beef empanada and it was delicious. I would love to come back here! Next time I'm in town I'll be there.
The food is very bland here. It may be designed to accommodate the local palate. The best way I can describe it is that the flavor here is the "taste of the wealthy retirement community". The food is definitely edible and the service is very friendly. The sweet platanos (maduros) are delicious (as they naturally are). We enjoyed ourselves, but it's unlikely that we will return.
